The main goal of the business is to provide high quality products and advice to our customers and, more importantly, the personal service that is sadly lacking in the larger organisations. If you've ever had to phone one of the "pound-a-minute" help lines, or seek advice in one of the larger computer stores, then you'll know what we mean! If we fit a new part to your computer, we make sure it works properly and show you how to use it before we consider the job done. If you ask us to solve a problem, we will always advise you beforehand how much it will cost to correct. All new systems and any new parts we fit to your computer are covered by our one year on-site guarantee and we will always respond to your request for warranty service within 48 hours.
PC Health Check
Have a technician visit you and give your computer a thorough check. This will include removing all old unneccessary files to make more space on your hard drive and optimising settings of your hardware to ensure best performance. It only takes about an hour, and you can use the time to ask any advice you may require.

New Computers
We offer various options depending on your requirements. For the first-time buyer there is the entry-level system which includes a monitor, printer and scanner. Then there are a range of base units for the person who already has a monitor, keyboard and mouse, printer etc. and just wants a new "box of tricks". We are also able to put together the system of your choice based on a standard case and a choice of motherboard. You then choose whether you want a particular graphics card or sound card etc. We are happy to quote for a system to your own specification. It may be that you want one of our standard base units, but with a better graphics card, or a DVD-RW as well as a CD-RW, or even a cordless keyboard and mouse. It could be that you just want a larger monitor. Whatever your requirements, please phone and ask for a price.
Problem Solving
We will always try to advise you how to remedy your problem over the phone. This, of course, only costs you the price of your phone call. Please note - this is a normal phone number, not a premium-rate number. If we visit you, charges are worked out according to a standard table of prices. If something needs to be replaced, then an all-in price will be quoted at the start. All repairs and upgraded components are covered by our one-year on-site warranty, but this does not apply to software and virus-related problems, which can occur at any time for a large number of reasons. If the problem can only effectively be sorted out by a reload of the operating system, we will usually need to take the computer to our workshop. We will save all user files and internet setting onto a CD (if this is possible) and restore them at the end of the job. Your computer will be returned two working days later. Customers wishing to bring their computer to us for repair will benefit from a reduction of charges but is by appointment only.

Upgrades and Replacement Parts
Prices quoted include on-site fitting of the item, loading of the appropriate software and testing. Prices are reduced if more than one item is fitted at the same time. All parts (except mice) carry a 1-year on-site warranty unless otherwise stated.
